Once you have decided on the dates you wish to book, please use the 'book now' button or our 'booking form' to request your desired dates.
Please note that rates differ between peak and non-peak season and full or half-house rental (please see conditions for more information).
PEAK season rates include most of the Queensland Public School Holidays and some of the Queensland Public Holidays. See the dark blue areas on the calendar which signify PEAK Season, with the remaining areas being off-peak.
Bond: Credit card details taken (but NO bond taken) in case of damage
Bookings: require a 50% deposit to secure booking (if booking is less than one month to arrival date, full payment required).
Payment: full payment is required 30 days (one month) prior to the arrival date. Payment to be made through bank transfer and our booking website (rezdy).
Cancellations: If a cancellation notice is received less than 30 days to the arrival date will result in NO refund, cancelations before 30 days will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of $60.
Arrivals and Departures:Arrivals – need to collect the house keys after 2pm on the first rental date of the booking from the Island Manager or as arranged by the Booking Agent. The Island Manager is located four doors up from Bringabeeralong house, follow the office signs at the Taxi house (07) 4127 9188. Departures – Before 10am on the final date of your booking. Please note: House Waste Services – NOT available on the Island so please take your rubbish to the larger rubbish bins which are located either 1.5kms in from Eurong or there are extra bins located north of Eurong (see beach notices for locations).
